UX Research Work Sample

The UX research study aimed to inform the early design development of a Large Language Model (LLM). It focused on aligning technology with user goals, preventing misuse and bias, and ensuring transparent and responsible development to optimize user experiences and trust.

The study validated customer use-case expectations, providing clarity for product managers, data scientists, and engineers. Engaging subject matter experts unblocked initial design, shaping project direction. We also uncovered usability issues, guided design iterations, reducing the risk of product misalignment. The actionable insights led to V1 Charlotte AI prototype, forming the basis for product development.

In conclusion, this UX research study significantly contributed to the development of Charlotte AI principles by providing critical insights, guiding design efforts, and emphasizing ethical and responsible AI practices, ultimately optimizing user experiences and trust in the technology.
